“I am a the paramedic that attended one of your patients on 14th May, Wednesday night/ Thursday morning who had fallen while trying to get to the toilet. I would like to thank the staff who were very helpful in cheering up my shift.

As they will tell you it can be difficult working in the ambulance service and can make a night shift hard depending on who you are working with and who you have to help. The three young ladies who were working were extremely pleasant and helpful while I was checking the patient out and also continued to brighten up my morning hour while I completed the paper work.

They are all fantastic members of staff which is rare to find these days, I just wished I was able to work with people like this on a daily basis. Thank you once again for cheering up my shift.”

“I just wanted to write to you and let you know how caring and attentive all your staff were in my darkest hours following the passing of my mother Pat Barnard. From the manager right through to the cook everyone was so helpful, caring and understanding and showed genuine interest in my mother from the moment she arrived at Ash Grove.

The level of expertise and the easy way they all dealt with her allowing her to respond to them in a positive and warm way, helped to overcome any doubts that I had and any fears that my mother obviously experienced in her difficult final years and moments.
